
The late classicist style house where Julius Payer, globetrotter and painter, was born in 1841 is located in the charming spa quarter of Teplice. Over many decades, the house has been used for accommodating spa guests and after its reconstruction, the hotel offers accommodation to the general public. The hotel offers 21 double rooms and 5 single rooms and from 1 June 2004 also 9 double rooms for demanding clients in the Payer II wing. Access for wheelchair bound clients is provided to the hotel. The hotel offers a view of the scenic spa park. The town centre is easily accessible by trolley-bus lines, and there is a stop right outside the hotel.
