The hotel Na Ostrově is in the immediate neighbourhood of the old centre of Beroun on an island around which flows the main and side stream of the River Berounka and where there are the remains of old mills. The Litavka stream flows into the Berounka just a few dozen metres from the hotel and adds to the very picturesque nature of the location. The hotel is high enough not to be threatened by the high spring water. The town centre is only a five-minute walk and consists of a complex of old buildings that have been beautifully restored. Despite the old buildings, Beroun is a modern and lively town, where the local markets are known far and wide. The hotel Na Ostrově it self stands out as a colourful modern building. It is easily recognisable and guests will always remember it very well. As you enter the foyer with the reception and Lobby Bar, you will be greeted by running water reminding you of the fact that the hotel is situated on an island. Before leaving for any of the 110 rooms, you can sit down in the Snack Bar adjoining the foyer. A lift will take you to the three floors where the en suite rooms are all equipped with telephone and television. You can choose from a broad range of rooms, from single rooms right up to suites with green, Bordeaux red or blue furniture. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the "Harmonie" (Harmony) restaurant, which has a summer terrace open during the summer. The blue "Matisse" dining room provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. The hall can also be adapted for conferences and receptions. The Czech and international cuisine provided ensures a wide choice of meals even for the most demanding guests. There are several set menus for groups. It goes without saying that there is a huge selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
